Itenrary

Philae, Obelisk, Aswan and Luxor Trip Eternal Egypt 1 | Tour Path

Day 1 – Cairo (Tuesday)

Upon arrival to Cairo Airport you will find our representative waiting for you to help you through the formalities, help you to get the entry visa and drive to your hotel and help you to get your room. the rest of the day is free. Overnight at Steigenberger Pyramids Cairo

Day 2 – Giza Pyramids (Wednesday)

After breakfast we will visit the most famous monument in Egypt, Giza pyramids,
we will explore around the Great pyramid and then drive to the 02nd pyramid where we will visit the Mortuary temple and Valley temple, from inside the Valley temple we will inter a short cut to the Sphinx.
After Lunch we will have the chance to visit one of the essential oils centres in the area. Overnight at Steigenberger Pyramids Cairo (B.L)

Day 3 – Sakkara – Dahshur (Thursday)

After Breakfast we will drive to Dahshur to visit the Bent & Red pyramids and entre the Red pyramid, Lunch at Sakkara palm club, and then we drive to Saqqara, home of the Step Pyramid attributed to King Djoser.
We will visit the mystical Serapeum, it is a huge subterranean complex, we will also visit one of the tombs of Sakkara. Overnight at Steigenberger Pyramids Cairo (B, L)

Day 4 – Nile Cruise Aswan (Friday)

After breakfast we will visit the Granite Quarries to the famous Unfinished Obelisk, which weighs around 12,000 tons, and then we will visit the enchanting Island of Philae, the temple of Isis where the priests of Isis used to do healing ceremonies to the visitors. Drive to the Nile Cruise for check-in and lunch. After lunch we take the motorboat to visit Elephantine Island where we will see the temple of Khnum. Overnight at the Nile Cruise (B.L.D)

Day 5 – Nile Cruise Kom-Ombo-Edfu (Saturday)

At 05:00 AM the boat will sail to Kmo-Ombo City, where we’ll visit the twin temples dedicated to the crocodile Neter, Sobek and Horus, the Elder. Sailing to Edfu City and visit Edfu temple, the temple of the great Falcon. Sailing to Luxor, Overnight at the Nile Cruise (B.L.D)

Day 6 – Nile Cruise Luxor (Sunday)

After breakfast we well move to the West bank of Luxor where we will spend a great day visiting different sites

1- Valley of the Gates of Kings or as we call it Valley of the Kings.

2- The unique temple of Queen Hatshepsut and visit the side temple of Hathor.

3- The Colossi of Memnon which used to be flanking the first gate of Amonhotep III temple, and then we’ll drive back to the Nile Cruise,Overnight at the Nile Cruise.

Day 7 – Luxor- Karnak temple (Monday)

After breakfast we check-out from the Nile Cruise and drive to Karnak temple, the temple of Amun-Ra, its construction started around 2000 BC and it more than 1500 years to be built, it will be our best chance to see the giant obelisk still standing inside the temple which weighs around 700 tons.
We will visit the powerful Chapel of Sekhmet, after lunch we drive to the hotel for check-in and refreshing, in the evening we will visit the magical Luxor temple. Overnight at Luxor Hotel (B.L.D)

Day 8 -Cairo (Tuesday)

Fly to Cairo and free day. Drive to Conrad Cairo for check-in & Overnight at Conrad Cairo (B)

Day 9 – Cairo Museum (Wednesday)

After breakfast we visit the Egyptian Museum, Coptic Cairo and the famous Khan El Khalili Bazzaras.
Drive back to the hotel and end of services. Overnight at Conrad Cairo (B.L)

Reservation and Payment

A non-refundable Deposit of $1000.00 per Person will be required at the time of booking. To ensure your Reservation, final payment will be due 60 days prior to Tour start. Bookings made within 60 days preceding Tour start will require full and final payment immediately upon booking. It is the responsibility of the traveller (or agent) to determine that final payment reaches us on time. No booking will be considered until final deposit is received by the Tour Operator. Payments are to be made via Bank Transfer. Any fees charged, will be the responsibility of the sender. Please inquire about this before you make your bank transaction.

Cancellation and Refunds

Due to high preparation costs, Cancellations must be received in writing within 90 days of travel date. Cancellations received more than 90 days prior to departure will have a penalty of $1000 per Person; those received between 90 and 60 days will have a penalty of 50% of the full cost per Person; those received between 60 and 45 days will have a penalty of 75% per Person. Cancellations received 45 days or less before departure will receive no refund. No refund will be made for transfers, city tours or any other services (including meals, accommodations or transportation) voluntarily not taken.

Changes

This Itinerary is subject to changes in order to adapt to possible alterations in domestic flight times or other unforeseen circumstances. The content will remain the same, barring any unanticipated complications, and will include many delightful “extras” and surprises. Hotels will be the same as promised in the itinerary, in case we had to change the hotel it is going to be the
same category or even better.

Insurance

We recommend that all participants obtain Travel Insurance. Travel Insured International offers insurance for trip cost, trip cancellation & interruption, and pays for loss due to unforeseen circumstance, death, injury, or illness to you or a member of your family. It also includes coverage for missed connections due to weather, pays for lost deposits due to the financial default of the airline, the tour operator, or cruise line. It pays for baggage delays, travel delays, medical expenses and emergency assistance.

We will not be held liable for any changes or delays in airline schedules or missed connections; injury, loss, or damage to persons or property; additional expenses resulting from changes in exchange rates, tariffs, or itinerary; any transportation issues or problems with vehicles utilized on the tour; additional expenses incurred due to illness, weather conditions, protests, war, terrorism, quarantine, or other causes; and losses due to cancellations not subject to our Terms and Conditions.
